How to reach us

Write to info@zenitgroup.com.co. There is no contact form on this site: a form on a static site needs a third-party endpoint, and adding one would put a request path into a site whose whole point is that it has none. Correspondence is read in English and Spanish.

What the address can help with

• A tool that fails on a specific file. Describe the file — type, approximate size, where it came from — and the browser and version. Please do not attach the file itself; it is not needed and we would rather not receive it.
• An accessibility barrier. See the accessibility statement for what is most useful to include.
• A security report. See the security page for the details that make a report actionable.
• A licence question or a request for the corresponding source of an LGPL component, which is described on the open-source page.
• Anything about this site's legal or privacy documents.

What cannot be helped with

A file you processed here cannot be recovered, restored or re-sent, because no copy of it ever existed outside your own browser. That is the same property the rest of the site describes, seen from the least convenient angle: keep your originals until you are happy with the result.

There is also no account to recover, no subscription to cancel and no data export to request, because none of those exist. The privacy choices page explains what that means for data-protection requests.
